Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant to join our team for an implementation project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud and proven experience in successfully implementing ERP solutions.

This consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solutions to a project team. Supports the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Tasks

• Implement and help with enhancements to Oracle products to meet very sophisticated customer needs.
• Exercise creativity and independent judgment in delivering functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.
• Partners with fantastic consulting teams on meaningful projects; works on significant and unique issues.
• Helps to solve sometimes challenging customer-critical issues.
• Supports the customer process direction and decisions by providing configuration support across various industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Understanding Oracle functionality and capabilities to support the teams to design and develop applications along with assisting with quarterly update testing and new feature evaluation.
• May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
• May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
• Develops and leads detailed solutions for complex projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC/PTP/SCM Modules (including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT and SIT and system configuration)
• Proven experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is required
